Issue:  Moving from older MacBook Pro with USB interfaces to new MacBook Pro with only USBC interfaces.
        USBC to USB to console adapter does not create /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART and /dev/tty.SLAB_USBtoUART
        automatically when connected as before.
