# VoIP Links - webcentive

Voice over IP (internet phone) links, with safety rules first. VoIP 911 calls send the address you registered, so update it whenever you move. Office phone systems must let you dial 911 directly without a prefix (Kari's Law) and send a location you can be found at. Caller ID can be spoofed, and carriers use STIR/SHAKEN to verify it. Services and gear below are commercial.
