Propane and Backup Heat
webcentivewebcentive - home
Propane and backup heat, with safety first. Propane tanks and lines fall under NFPA 58 and should be set by your supplier or a licensed pro. Put carbon monoxide alarms on every level, and never run a generator, grill or camp stove indoors or in a garage. Only use heaters rated for indoor use (with low-oxygen shutoff), and keep them away from anything that burns. If you smell gas, leave first and call from outside. Suppliers and heaters below are commercial.
